in adopting a dog ? Fill out our application!! Application must be completed fully, otherwise it will not be considered. Please be patient and allow up to 7 days to hear from us! We meet in Ely, MN by appointment only once contacted. MUST specify pet you're looking for, if the pet us unavailable, applications will be kept on file for a year. Contented Critters does not have the staff to reply to every applicant. Call, Text or Email if looking for an update.
